AUTOMATIC MUG PRESS
Automated Production
The Mug 15 2nd Generation delivers an impressive output of up to 250 mugs per hour. Its fully automated workflow, from preheating to controlled cooling, allows professional operators to produce large batches efficiently while maintaining consistent quality across every mug. Perfect for series production and 24/7 operation.
Precise Digital Control
Each mug is handled by a robotic arm that places it into a heating sleeve with fully digital control of temperature and pressure. This ensures flawless, uniform sublimation results, reduces waste, and eliminates operator errors. The system also features a transfer counter and self-diagnosis for optimal process reliability.
Flexible & Industrial Design
Built for continuous professional use, the Mug 15 2nd Generation combines robust metal construction with user-friendly features. Operators can mirror the cooling belt left or right, individually control each heating element, and quickly replace sleeves, making the machine adaptable to different mug formats and production requirements.
SCHULZE Mug 15 – 2nd Generation: High-Speed Automated Mug Printing
The SCHULZE Mug 15 – 2nd Generation sets a new standard for professional mug production. Designed for high-volume output, it delivers consistent, high-quality results while minimizing operator effort. Perfect for sublimation studios, print shops, online merchandise retailers, and giftware production, this machine is built to keep up with even the most demanding production schedules.
Fully Automated Workflow
The entire process is fully automated, from preheating to controlled cooling. Mugs are placed on the preheating station, then a robotic arm precisely loads them into the heating sleeves. Temperature and pressure are digitally controlled for flawless transfer results. Once the press cycle ends, the sleeve opens automatically, and the mugs are placed on the integrated cooling belt to ensure even, consistent cooling.
High-Speed Production
With up to 250 mugs per hour, the Mug 15 – 2nd Generation offers an exceptional throughput for large batches. The system’s efficiency reduces waste, ensures stable 24/7 operation, and allows operators to focus on other tasks, making it ideal for series production and commercial-scale operations.
Precision & Control
The 10-inch touch display allows full control of every heating sleeve, including temperature, time, and individual on/off switching. The machine includes a transfer counter and self-diagnosis system to maintain process reliability. Each mug is handled with digital precision, guaranteeing consistent quality across every batch.
Industrial-Grade Durability & Flexibility
Constructed from durable metal, the Mug 15 – 2nd Generation is built to last in professional production environments. The cooling belt can be mirrored left or right to fit your workflow, and the sleeves are quickly replaceable. Optional adapters and replacement sleeves provide flexibility for different mug formats and production needs.
