Pneumatic base plate
Unlike conventional presses where the heating platen moves down, the Big Press features a pneumatically raised base plate, pressing the substrate evenly against the stationary heating platen. This ensures precise, uniform pressure across even the largest textiles.

Extendable drawer-style base
The pull-out drawer base plate allows operators to safely place and align textiles before pressing. This design increases efficiency and minimizes the risk of errors, even for large-format items like banners, rugs, or curtains.

Full control
The Big Press is operated via a clear display with buttons, allowing easy adjustment of heating time, temperature, and press cycles. This ensures consistent results while keeping operation straightforward and reliable for industrial use.

Available in four generous sizes — 58 × 80 cm, 70 × 100 cm, 90 × 130 cm, and 112 × 150 cm — it provides professional-grade performance for even the most oversized substrates.

Its powerful heating system reaches operating temperature quickly, thanks to a high-capacity heating platen, allowing the machine to be fully heated in approximately 30 minutes and ready for production.

Large-Format Applications
With its expansive platen sizes, the Big Press excels at large textile transfers. It is ideal for printing on oversized mouse pads, towels, floor mats, blankets, curtains, and other broad substrates that would challenge smaller presses. The pneumatic design ensures consistent pressure across the entire surface, even when working with bulky or uneven materials.
