SCHULZE Air 2 Press – High-Performance Semi-Automatic Heat Press
The SCHULZE Air 2 Press is a semi-automatic carousel heat press designed for professional textile printing, combining comfort, efficiency, and versatility. Its two oversized 70 × 100 cm base plates allow operators to load, press, and unload textiles in a continuous workflow, maximizing productivity. This design is particularly well-suited for large-format sublimation applications, such as towels, doormats, carpets, and other sizable textiles, making it an ideal choice for high-volume or specialized production.

High productivity
Thanks to the smart design of the Air 2 Press, textiles can be loaded and removed at different stations, allowing for continuous workflow and increased efficiency. Place the textile on one of the base plates and start the press with either the push of a button or a hand signal, thanks to the built-in motion sensor. The press then automatically opens and closes, completing the cycle independently.

The Air 2 Press can also be upgraded with different base plates to expand its capacity, effectively converting it into an Air 4 Press for even larger production needs.

User-friendly touch display
The intuitive touch display allows easy control of all settings, including temperature, time, transfer type selection, memory for multiple press cycles, and pre- and main press times. This ensures precise and repeatable results for every job.

Safety features
The heating platen is equipped with a protective safety frame to prevent injury, and the press includes an emergency stop button for maximum operator safety.

Ideal for sublimation applications
With soft foam mats on both base plates, the Air 2 Press is perfect for sublimation printing on a variety of substrates, including towels, doormats, carpets, and curtains.

Note: A compressor is required for operation.
