Thanks to its integrated powder management and ionizer system, the Powder Machine 600 keeps powder evenly distributed and prevents static build-up on the film, minimizing excess edges and ensuring sharp, clean transfers. Excess powder is gently removed while the automated roller system ensures the film is loosely rolled to avoid sticking. Additional cooling fans speed up the process, maintaining consistent results across long production runs. For maximum operator comfort, the machine includes a port for an external filter or extraction system, keeping the workspace clean.
