Pneumatic precision
The Air Duo Press uses pneumatic technology to deliver consistent, professional-quality results on every textile. Its stepless adjustable pressure allows you to fine-tune the pressing force for different materials, ensuring precise, repeatable prints and optimal transfer results.

Dual workstation efficiency
With two independent workstations, you can load and prepare one item while the other is pressing, enabling continuous workflow and maximum productivity. This setup reduces waiting times and allows high-volume production without interruption.

Quick Release System
The Air Duo Press features interchangeable base and heating plates with the Quick Release system, allowing fast, effortless changes. It handles a wide range of textiles, from T-shirts and sweatshirts to bags and umbrellas, adapting quickly while maintaining high-quality results.

SCHULZE Air Duo Press – Efficient, Versatile, Professional
The SCHULZE Air Duo Press QR is a pneumatic heat transfer press designed for professional textile printing. Equipped with two base plates (38 × 45 cm or 40 × 50 cm) and a powerful heating platen, it automatically opens and closes at the push of a button and can be easily swiveled manually between the base plates without effort.

The Air Duo Press comes with all the features modern textile printers expect, including a comfortable touch display, pre- and main press functions, Quick Release base plate system, Turbo heating platen, and Eco mode. With the optional height-adjustable cabinet, the press can be adapted to nearly any operator height.

Turbo Heating Platen
The Turbo heating platen provides even heat distribution through up to two heating zones (40 × 50 cm model) and, with a high output of up to 3300 W, heats up extremely quickly for minimal downtime.

Swiveling platen & automatic opening
The swiveling heating platen allows effortless movement between the two base plates, while automatic opening and closing streamlines workflow and minimizes the risk of burns.

Versatile substrate compatibility
With interchangeable heating and base plates, the Air Duo Press can handle a wide range of textiles and materials. Its dual base plates also make it ideal for high-volume production, and the top platen can be easily swiveled between plates for fast, efficient operation.

Quick Release system
Swap base plates in seconds using the Quick Release lever. Older plates can be upgraded with the Quick Release adapter, which screws into the existing central thread.

Intuitive touch display
All settings—including temperature, time, pre- and main press cycles—are easily adjustable via the user-friendly touch display.

Stepless adjustable pressure
The press features stepless pressure control for uniform pressure distribution across every substrate, ensuring consistent, professional results.
