The SCHULZE Air Power Automatic Press is our flagship model, featuring a fully automatic swiveling heating platen, two workstations, and interchangeable heating and base plates for maximum productivity and flexibility.

The press automatically closes and opens and includes a selectable pre-press function. In fully automatic mode, the operator only needs to change the textile or transfer—all other processes run automatically.
Each base plate supports three programmable time modes, enabling pre-press, main press, and post-press cycles for precise and repeatable results.

Large 5-inch touch display
The transfer press is equipped with a modern 5-inch touch display, allowing all press functions and settings to be easily controlled and adjusted.
Operation can be performed via foot pedal, touch display, manual control, or fully automatic press mode.

High productivity
The Air Power Automatic Press features the Quick Release base plate system, enabling lightning-fast base plate changes. Simply release the lever beneath the base plate, and it can be lifted off effortlessly.

In fully automatic mode, the press opens and closes automatically, with the heating platen moving from one base plate to the other after a freely selectable time and executing the press cycle without manual intervention.

Unlike comparable transfer presses, the movement of the heating platen is controlled by stepper motors. This ensures quiet, smooth, and consistently fast operation while requiring less compressed air. As a result, the Air Power Automatic Press can be operated with a smaller compressor (not included). The machine is perfectly suited for the demanding daily use of professional signage and textile production environments.

Turbo heating platen
Our turbo heating platens provide uniform heat distribution through up to two heating zones (40 × 50 cm model).
With a high output of up to 3300 W, they offer extremely short heat-up times.

Quick Release / Easy base plate exchange
Simply activate the lever beneath the base plate to prepare it for exchange.
Older base plates can be upgraded with the Quick Release adapter, which screws directly into the existing central thread.

Safe operation
For maximum safety, the Air Power Automatic Press is equipped with a protective safety frame surrounding the heating platen. Even the slightest contact prevents the press from closing, allowing the operator to focus solely on positioning the textile.

Whether processing umbrellas, bags, or many other products, the wide range of interchangeable heating and base plates offers exceptional versatility.
The height and shape of the base plate mount allow garments to be pulled over completely and enable the processing of items such as backpacks, shoes, and bags with ease.
