The Schulze E-Power Duo Press 2.0 Automatic is a state-of-the-art heat press featuring a fully automated swivel heating plate, two workstations, and interchangeable heating and base plates. It opens and closes automatically and includes an optional pre-press function. In fully automatic mode, all you need to do is change the textile or transfer – the rest of the process runs automatically. The machine offers pre-press, main press, and post-press functions.
Flexible Work Modes
Three operation modes—fully automatic, semi-automatic (button or footswitch), and manual—adapt to any workflow. Use two plates simultaneously or switch to single-plate mode for more flexibility.
Digital Control & Templates
Set temperature, pressure, and press time digitally via software. Save complete templates with all parameters for quick and consistent setups.
High Productivity & Quick Release
Quick Release allows rapid base plate changes by flipping a lever. Existing plates can be upgraded with a Quick Release adapter for added versatility. Stepper motors ensure smooth, quiet, and reliable plate movement.
Turbo Heating Plates
High-performance plates provide uniform heat across up to two zones (40 x 50 cm model). With up to 3,300 W, they heat up quickly, reducing wait times and boosting efficiency.
Intuitive Operation
A 5-inch touchscreen controls all settings, including temperature, programs, counters, and press times. Operation is also possible via footswitch or manually.
